More than welcome is a common phrase, not only colloquially but especially within the hospitality industry. Interpreted in many ways, at face value, it extends into gratitude, as a response to being thanked. However, when we emphasise the word more, the welcome transforms from a word of appreciation to one of invitation.

We’re inviting people both in and out of the industry to view it as more than just an interim job, but instead a rewarding career without barriers or borders. A career which welcomes anyone and everyone.
